Qualifications

Must hold NCV/N6 in Warehousing, Operations, Supply Chain or Data Analytics.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities with data interpretation skills.
Good communication, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Support the development, review, and maintenance of SOPs and process documentation in different Warehouse functions.
Contribute to day-to-day warehouse operations in INBOUND, INVENTORY, OUTBOUND, DISPATCH, PLANNING.
Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to DC operations
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety.
Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation.
