As an intern, you will provide operational and administrative support, monitor processes, maintain records, analyze performance data with Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and Salesforce, and collaborate across teams to drive improvements in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• N6 certificates in Economics, Business Management and Project Management.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with lookups, pivots and data validation.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to ensure seamless execution of the Personal Shopper Programme.
• Monitor daily operations, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and internal tools, ensuring data integrity.
• Compile, analyse, and report on operational and performance data using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and Salesforce.
• Work cross-functionally to identify and close service or knowledge gaps, elevating Personal Shopper experience and business results.
