Advtech's Emeris Pietermaritzburg Campus is seeking two Registration Support Centre Agents to assist students registering from home and on campus. You will handle registration queries, provide end-to-end support, call students to register, follow up on documents, and perform data capturing and ad hoc admin tasks.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12, proficiency in Word and Excel, strong communication, and a service‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Grade 12/Matric.
• Diploma (NQF 6) is advantageous.
• 1–2 years relevant Reception/Admin experience.
• Computer literate (Word & Excel).

Responsabilités

• Handle registration queries from students registering from home or on campus.
• Provide end-to-end registration support for all modes of study.
• Call students to register and follow up on documents.
• Data capturing and ad hoc administrative tasks.
