Job summary

Absa Group in Johannesburg seeks a senior Reporting, Analytics & Insights professional to design, develop and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics across the People Function. You will use Workday Reporting, Workday Prism Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Power Query and Excel to deliver trusted reporting and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years Workday Reporting & Analytics experience.
• Experience developing Workday reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Strong SQL, Excel and Power Query skills.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and reporting consultations.
• Build trusted relationships and support data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years Workday Reporting & Analytics experience.
• Experience developing Workday reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Strong SQL, Excel and Power Query skills.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Workday Reporting Certification.
• Workday Prism Analytics Certification.
• Experience within a multinational or Pan-African organisation.
• Exposure to HR, Payroll and Finance data domains.
