Job summary

Oxyon People Solutions is looking for a Tender Manager based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Candidates should have a National Senior Certificate and a Supply Chain diploma or equivalent. This role focuses on submitting accurate tenders, including sourcing and monitoring bids, to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Reporting to the Tender Committee, the successful applicant will oversee tender processes and maintain documentation accuracy, while also interacting proactively with clients post-award. Attention to detail and customer service orientation are key.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a bid / tender environment.
• Knowledge of Public Procurement Contracting and Tendering principles, including PFMA, PPPFA and BBBEE.
• Basic understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Source, compile, submit and follow up on all possible tenders.
• Compile tender documentation including all relevant documentation requested.
• Track and monitor proposals and contract deadlines.
