Responsibilities

• Administer the tender process, including preparing and issuing tender documents.
• Analyse and evaluate tender bids, including pricing and specifications.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts.
• Assist with procurement activities, including purchasing and receiving goods.
• Assist with contract administration and management.
• Prepare and submit reports on tender and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
