Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Office Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or industry-relevant technical fields.
• Min 3 to 5 years of proven tender coordination, procurement administration, or bid management experience.
• Familiarity with public sector contract frameworks in SA healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of SA public sector procurement frameworks and online portals.
• APMP or equivalent bid management certification preferred.
• Excellent MS Office mastery (Word formatting, advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/database skills.
• Outstanding organizational ability to manage multiple deadlines without detail loss.
• SA citizenship by birth or naturalization before 27 April 1994.

Responsibilities

• Identify tender opportunities by monitoring public procurement portals and client networks.
• Coordinate bid requirements and prepare compliant quotations and commercial offers.
• Develop and maintain tender templates and content library for future submissions.
• Analyze tender documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance needs.
• Obtain necessary approvals according to the Delegation Matrix and ensure timely quotations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Product teams for documentation.
• Package and submit bids electronically or physically by deadlines.
• Maintain a centralized tender tracking database and report quarterly outcomes.
