Job summary

The Legends Agency in Johannesburg, Gauteng is expanding its Business Development team and seeks a meticulous Tender Specialist / Bid Coordinator to own opportunity scouting, compliance screening, and end-to-end bid compilation.

You will work on public and commercial tenders, coordinating with Sales, Technical, Finance and Legal to deliver timely, 100% compliant submissions and capture learnings from outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 years of hands-on experience in tender sourcing, bid coordination, or sales operations.
• Experience navigating SAP Ariba, Coupa and government/public procurement portals.
• Strong attention to detail, administrative agility, strict deadline discipline.
• Commercial awareness and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Scout and track opportunities and maintain a tender pipeline.
• Evaluate RFQ/RFP requirements and flag deadlines.
• Assemble, compile and ensure 100% compliance of documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and Legal to gather inputs and submit before cutoff.
• Analyze outcomes and capture feedback for process improvement.
