Qualifications

• Studied with a focus on logistics or trade and economics.
• Ideally experience in pricing and tender management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to make decisions in the best interest of deugro.
• Analytical and process-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent deugro internally and externally.
• Ensure legal, compliance and commercial responsibilities for the region.
• Train staff on internal releases.
• Set up subcontract management strategy for the region (start with South Africa).
• Negotiate rates with subcontractors and maintain records of negotiations.
• Conduct subcontract management vetting and setup SOPs for subcontractors.
• Manage global tenders for the region as main contact.
• Submit pricing and documentation for tenders to support growth in SA and Africa.
