Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in telecom network planning or design.
• Fluency in communicating complex plans to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network traffic and forecast capacity needs.
• Develop long- and short-term expansion plans including site build-outs.
• Design detailed network schematics for deployments and upgrades.
• Evaluate new tech and vendors for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasible and cost-effective designs.
