Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in telecommunications/CS or related field.
• 7+ years in telecoms network planning, design or architecture.
• Deep knowledge of fiber, wireless, IP networking and cloud infra.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term network growth and capacity plans.
• Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for investments.
• Define standards for scalable, reliable network architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and finance to align plans.
• Identify emerging tech and assess integration into network.
• Maintain and present network roadmap to senior management.
