You will analyze capacity, forecast demand, and develop expansion plans to support growth, with collaboration across engineering, operations and finance. The role requires a degree in engineering or CS, 8+ years in telecom planning, and strong analytical and communication skills, with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications network planning, design, or architecture.
• Deep understanding of fiber optics, wireless (4G/5G), IP networking and MPLS.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in network planning tools and capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term network capacity plans and roadmaps.
• Analyze network performance data, traffic trends and forecasts.
• Design scalable, resilient architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and finance for feasible plans.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions to enhance capabilities.
