Job summary

SA Home Loans is seeking an experienced Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) with a strong background in Learning & Development within the financial services sector. The role involves managing end-to-end skills development, coordinating learnerships, graduate programmes and other employee development initiatives with BANKSETA and INSETA.

Qualifications

• Experience as an SDF in financial services, banking or insurance.
• Coordination of learnerships, graduate programmes and employee development.
• Solid understanding of SETAs, BBBEE and related compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the organisation's learning and development strategy.
• Coordinate learnerships, graduate programmes and other employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with BANKSETA and INSETA for funding, registrations and reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance.
