Job summary

HRCorp, a national integrated security services provider, seeks a highly driven Business Development Consultant for the SIOT division to deliver growth in technology-driven security solutions.

You will drive revenue by prospecting, presenting tailored CCTV, access control and monitoring solutions, and managing a structured pipeline via the CRM. Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship skills are essential, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• . Proven experience in business development and solution-based sales.
• . Experience within electronic security or technology solutions advantageous.
• . Strong client relationship management abilities.
• . PSIRA registered, Grade A.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and annual sales revenue growth in line with company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and client engagement
• Conduct professional site assessments and client needs analyses
• Design and present tailored technology security solutions including CCTV/intelligent video analytics, alarm and off-site monitoring, access control systems, perimeter protection and remote monitoring platforms
• Prepare quotations, proposals and solution presentations
• Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline through the CRM system
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent customer service
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure sales administration and reporting requirements are completed accurately and timeously
