Globaltrack seeks a Sales Performance Coach to develop high‑quality strategic insights, enablement content, and training materials. You will research markets, customers, competitors, and internal methodologies, then translate that research into practical training assets that improve performance and decision‑making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, Economics, Communications, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in research, strategy support, enablement, training, consulting, or similar roles (flexible based on capability)
• Experience creating structured documents, training materials, or research outputs is a strong advantage

Responsabilités

• Strategic Research: conduct structured research on industries, markets, customers, competitors, and emerging trends
• Training & Enablement Support: assist in designing and updating training materials and ensure alignment with company strategy
• Content Development: draft clear written content for manuals, guides, and FAQs and support workshops
• Analytical & Research Skills: synthesize information, work with qualitative and quantitative data, identify patterns
• Communication & Writing: explain complex concepts clearly with strong attention to structure and detail
• Learning & Enablement Mindset: focus on adult learning, knowledge transfer, and practical steps for learners
• Organizational & Execution Skills: manage multiple tasks, coordinate with senior stakeholders, maintain follow-through
