Job summary

SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales and Induction Trainer to empower new hires and the sales team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and company insights. You will deliver onboarding programs, induct sessions, and ongoing coaching to cultivate high-performing employees capable of communicating the Nashua value proposition.

Collaborate with sales leaders to align training with strategic goals, update materials, and drive improvements in performance and engagement across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding and sales training.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs aligned with revenue goals.
• Coaching and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, immersing them in culture and policies.
• Deliver induction sessions covering company history, mission, and core products/services.
• Collaborate with sales managers to implement programs aligned with objectives and revenue goals.
• Provide training on sales methodologies, negotiation, CRM usage, and sales tools.
• Update training materials to reflect evolving practices and trends.
• Conduct coaching sessions to improve techniques and communication.
• Coordinate with product/marketing to brief staff on new offerings and promotions.
• Track attendance and outcomes, and report metrics to management.
