Job summary

NOSA Auditing & Inspection Services, based in Midrand, South Africa, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to expand market share across South Africa and Africa. You will generate new business, grow existing client accounts and promote a broad portfolio of HSE, auditing and compliance services.

This is a client-facing sales role with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and opportunity management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within South Africa and Africa.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings and needs analyses to identify HSE, compliance and assurance requirements.
• Promote NOSA Health & Safety Audits and related services.
• Prepare and follow up quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate inputs for complex client requirements.
• Identify RFQs and tender opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and renewals.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Represent NOSA at client meetings, presentations, networking events and industry engagements.
