Job summary

TalentFuse (Pty) Ltd invites a dynamic Business Development professional to expand our footprint in food safety, compliance auditing and related services in South Africa. You will lead new client acquisition, grow revenue, and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and forecasts.

The role requires strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder engagement with senior decision-makers, plus willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in a relevant field.
• Experience selling professional, technical or compliance-related services is advantageous.
• Strong track record of new business development and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and secure new clients across targeted industries.
• Build and maintain a measurable sales pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Engage with senior decision-makers and manage long B2B sales cycles.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate terms while protecting profitability and handling cross-selling opportunities.
