Job summary

Boschendal in the Cape Winelands is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to drive performance across its hospitality properties. You will lead pricing, forecasting, inventory and distribution to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR while ensuring data accuracy and strategic alignment with reservations, sales, marketing and finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Revenue Management in hospitality.
• Experience managing revenue for multi-property environments.
• Strong understanding of pricing, forecasting, demand analysis and distribution.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills; translate data into actions.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with PMS/RMS and distribution channels.
• Experience with Mews, SiteMinder, Profitroom, Duetto, Atomize or similar advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness of OTA, direct, wholesale channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies across multiple properties to maximise revenue.
• Manage dynamic pricing, rate structures, restrictions, inventory and availability across channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns and booking pace.
• Own revenue forecasting and reporting, providing actionable insights.
• Support annual budgeting and business planning with revenue targets and forecasts.
• Analyse performance across occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, channel mix and trends.
• Maintain revenue systems and ensure data accuracy and connectivity.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Lead revenue discussions in weekly commercial meetings and translate data into actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve direct revenue and channel profitability.
• Provide pricing strategy and commercial guidance to Reservations teams.
• Ensure revenue processes and reporting are accurate and improved.
