Qualifications

• Previous Revenue Management experience in Hotels or Luxury Apartments is ESSENTIAL.
• Proven track record in revenue optimisation, pricing, yield management and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
• Experience in channel management, distribution and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality; Tourism, Business or a related field will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue optimisation and pricing decisions for the portfolio.
• Forecast demand and occupancy across Leisure & Corporate properties.
• Analyse market data and perform market analysis to inform pricing.

POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a Revenue Manager to join the team at this Leisure & Corporate Apartment Group, operating a portfolio of luxury apartments in Johannesburg.
