Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in retail management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage operational efficiency in a multi-store environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and loss prevention strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using retail management software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets for the Polokwane area.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of all retail processes, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches effectively.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews to maintain high operational standards.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for the designated retail locations.
