The role focuses on minimizing clarification cycles and rework by delivering precise, testable specifications. You will collaborate with solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure traceability and successful delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear artifacts for business and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops and interviews with business stakeholders.
• Document current and target state processes (as-is / to-be).
• Author functional specifications (FSD) and technical specifications (TSD).
• Define acceptance criteria and secure sign-off from the business.
