The role owns the requirement from initiation to delivery, testing, and acceptance. Success is measured by fewer clarification cycles and reduced rework during UAT, enabling faster value delivery.

Qualifications

• Facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders.
• Challenge stated requirements to uncover underlying business needs and value.
• Identify gaps, contradictions and unstated assumptions in source requirements and drive resolution.
• Document current-state processes and flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis activities.
• Run workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather needs.
• Identify gaps and resolve ambiguities to ensure clear sign-off.
