Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Automated Digital Applications team. The role involves engaging with client stakeholders to understand requirements and business problems, translating these into IT solutions.

The successful candidate will work across consultation, scoping, development, implementation, and administration, producing user stories, functional specs, and system designs to deliver value for our clients.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong process design and optimisation experience.
• Experience with SDLC and/or Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with both technical and business users at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Understand client environment, industry, and business challenges.
• Elicit underlying problems and recommend business and systems solutions.
• Capture requirements and develop user stories and functional specifications.
• Create system design specifications for client solutions.
• Coordinate with development teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ensure delivery aligns with project goals and client expectations.
