Placements24 is seeking a Remote Business Transformation Consultant to guide client organizations through major change from a fully remote set-up. You will design transformation roadmaps, optimize processes, and implement new operating models for diverse clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree and at least six years in transformation consulting, with strong change-management and stakeholder-engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business transformation consulting, change management, or strategic program management.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams and complex change initiatives.
• Strong skills in organizational design, process optimization, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and virtual influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and design of comprehensive transformation programs for clients.
• Develop strategic change plans including stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Drive remote implementation of new processes, technologies and operating models.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to ensure objectives are met.
• Facilitate virtual workshops to embed new ways of working.
