Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Management Consultant who specializes in Strategy & Transformation. You will guide C-suite executives and project teams through complex strategic shifts and digital transformations, working from a remote-first setup to deliver across diverse nationwide clients.

You will lead end-to-end engagements, perform market analyses, craft strategic plans, and mentor junior consultants, all while maintaining strong virtual communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale strategic transformation projects.
• Expertise in strategic planning frameworks, business process re-engineering, and change management methodologies.
• Exceptional virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on strategy formulation and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and organizational diagnostics.
• Develop robust strategic plans, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for clients.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure buy-in and effective change management.
• Advise clients on digital adoption, operational efficiency, and organizational restructuring for future readiness.
• Mentor and guide client teams and junior consultants in a remote collaboration setting.
