Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join its fully remote team, delivering transformation programs for clients nationwide. You will lead strategic engagements, shape client outcomes, and guide virtual project teams from inception to completion.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent, 8+ years in management consulting, and a proven track record of large-scale transformations. You will work autonomously, build strong client relationships online, and contribute to business

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive management consulting experience with strategy and transformation focus.
• Proven track record leading complex, large-scale consulting projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and data analytics skills.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload remotely using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic engagements from initiation to completion, entirely remotely.
• Develop bespoke strategies for organizational transformation and growth.
• Conduct virtual assessments and diagnostics of client operations and market positions.
• Manage client relationships and align stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Mentor project teams and drive performance in a virtual setting.
• Contribute to intellectual capital by developing new remote consulting methodologies.
