• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills; remote team leadership experience.

• Lead the design and execution of large-scale transformation programs focusing on process optimization, organizational restructuring, and technology adoption.
• Assess client operations to identify improvement areas and develop data-driven transformation roadmaps.
