Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Business Transformation Consultant to drive major change across client organizations from a remote-first base. You will lead end-to-end transformation programs, redesigning structures, processes and cultures to align with strategic goals and maximise value.

The role requires 7+ years in transformation or strategic consulting, strong change-management expertise, and exceptional leadership and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in transformation/change management/strategic consulting.
• Proven track record leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise transformation programs.
• Analyze structures, processes and systems to identify improvements.
• Develop change management strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
