Responsabilités

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting.
• Manage room inventory and pricing across all distribution channels.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute promotions.
• Prepare regular performance reports, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
• Train and mentor junior revenue management staff where applicable.
