Job summary

Merchant West seeks an energetic Lending Originator to originate, structure, and execute commercial property and term lending deals. You will leverage strong client relationships and market insights to drive revenue growth while ensuring disciplined credit and risk alignment across the deal lifecycle.

Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline, engaging with intermediaries, and collaborating with Credit, Legal, and Operations to expedite deal flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; postgrad qualifications advantageous.
• Experience in lending environment within Financial Services preferred.
• Experience in origination and execution of finance deals with revenue track record advantageous.
