Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse array of residential, commercial, and industrial properties in and around Rustenburg. You will manage tenant relations, lease administration, financial reporting, and maintenance coordination to maximize portfolio performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in property or portfolio management, a strong understanding of leases, budgeting, and the use of property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in property management or portfolio management.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency with lease agreements and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio and maintain high tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration, renewals, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and capital projects.
• Prepare regular financial reports including budgets, variances and performance reviews for Rustenburg properties.
• Identify opportunities for property enhancements and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
