Placements24 is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse mix of residential and commercial properties in Queenstown and the Eastern Cape. You will drive financial performance, coordinate maintenance, and nurture tenant relations.

Reporting to senior management, you will optimize budgets, conduct inspections, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in property or portfolio management.
• Proven track record in managing financial performance of real estate assets.
• Strong understanding of maintenance, tenant relations, and leases.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the financial performance of the property portfolio.
• Manage tenant relationships, including leasing, rent collection, and issue resolution.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Prepare financial reports, including budgets, variance analyses, and rental income statements.
• Source and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers in Queenstown.
