Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Real Estate Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Port Elizabeth. You will ensure smooth operations, maintain tenant relationships, and supervise maintenance, financial administration, and leasing processes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of SA property laws, and the ability to manage multiple properties with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within real estate.
• Knowledge of property management principles and South Africa rental laws.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of real estate properties and tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects with vendors.
• Manage tenant relations, including leases, issues, and rent collection.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure code compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and rent roll reconciliations.
• Market vacancies, screen tenants, and manage leasing.
