Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee 25 sectional title schemes (about 2,000 units) and handle full-function financial accounting up to AGM presentations. You will lead two direct reports and support trustees and owners with exceptional service.

The role combines financial stewardship with portfolio performance, utility reconciliations, statutory compliance, and effective stakeholder engagement in aproperty environment.

Qualifications

• Paddocks Sectional Title Scheme Management qualification is essential.
• Proven portfolio management experience within sectional title.
• Strong financial accounting experience in a property environment.
• Sound knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA).
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Join an established property management business seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee 25 sectional title schemes (±2,000 units). This is a dual-function role, combining portfolio management with full-function financial accounting, taking ownership of the financials through to AGM presentations while delivering exceptional service to trustees and owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25 sectional title schemes.
• Prepare financials from journals and accruals through to AGM presentations.
• Oversee utility reconciliations, levy statements, invoicing and audit preparation.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractor quotations and planned works.
• Ensure compliance with the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA).
• Lead two direct reports and provide oversight to an indirect Financial Accountant.
• Build strong relationships with trustees, owners and service providers.
• Drive the financial and operational performance of your portfolio.

Job Experience & Skills Required
