Job summary

MAZIV Group, through DFA, is seeking a Property Acquisition Specialist to support the strategic partnerships and growth property pipeline in South Africa. The role focuses on administration, documentation, reporting and coordination to advance opportunities through activation and billing.

The candidate will monitor landlord consents, site data, feasibility and survey requests, and maintain clear action trackers for timely handovers and governance reviews.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administration, project coordination or property coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, documentation and status reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the property opportunity pipeline and lifecycle status.
• Track engagements, landlord consents, feasibility requests, business cases and agreement status.
• Maintain accurate stakeholder, site and contact information.
