Qualifications

• Experience in property investment, acquisitions, real estate analysis or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills.
• A sound understanding of property market dynamics, valuations and investment returns.
• Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating property transactions.
• Ability to prepare investment proposals and present findings to senior decision-makers.
• Knowledge of property acquisitions, disposals and development processes.
• Experience in project coordination, including budget and timeline monitoring.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate property acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies and market research.
• Assess property valuations, rental trends, capitalisation rates and investment returns.
• Manage due diligence processes and assess transaction risks.
• Prepare investment proposals and present opportunities to decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with property agents, brokers, developers and other industry stakeholders.
• Identify development opportunities within the existing property portfolio.
• Support development projects from feasibility and planning through to execution.
• Assist with the marketing, leasing and disposal of properties.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines and financial performance.
• Contribute to investment strategies and initiatives aimed at growing the property portfolio.
