You will analyze requirements, develop schedules, and work with operations to resolve disruptions, driving efficiency and productivity within the local manufacturing sector.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and collaboration across procurement, inventory, and production teams to ensure timely material

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in production planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle ASCP).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, material availability, and production capacity.
• Monitor production progress daily, identifying and resolving deviations from the plan.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory management, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Optimize resource allocation (labor, machinery) to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain production planning software and systems.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
