Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Planner or Scheduler in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning principles, MRP systems, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using production planning software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in Randburg facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed weekly and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production progress against the schedule and make necessary adjustments to address deviations.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Prepare reports on production status, inventory levels, and adherence to schedules.
