Job summary

Games Global is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to drive expertly the jackpot network. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery, engage customers, analyze data, and support product releases with strong collaboration across product and development teams.

The role emphasises operational excellence, scalable processes, and deep domain knowledge in iGaming jackpots to ensure compliant, revenue-protective delivery across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a product operations environment.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects and new products.
• Experience managing production systems, content and tools.
• Experience in customer engagement and service delivery.
• Knowledge of casino products and games within iGaming.
• Knowledge of jackpot product fundamentals within iGaming.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and markets.
• Proficient in data reporting and analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership in customer engagement and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient delivery of game, jackpot and customer setups.
• Process jackpot wins and associated tasks related to customer payouts.
• Create and document processes to protect revenue and streamline delivery.
• Ensure processes scale with increasing demand for products.
• Perform jackpot reporting and external audits to remain compliant.
• Support delivery of the Jackpot strategy with wider stakeholders.
• Develop internal and external relationships to support uptake and drive performance.
• Provide support and expertise on the jackpot suite to stakeholders.
• Feedback on customer requirements and live issues to product/development teams.
• Translate commercial requirements to actionable tasks for product teams.
• Support projects and new product releases ensuring delivery meets business requirements.
