Job summary

Initiate is seeking an operational leader with iGaming or sports betting experience to strengthen operational delivery. This role is suitable for a Regional Operations Manager who can combine practical execution with strong team leadership.

You will translate business priorities into day-to-day execution, bringing structure, accountability, and a hands-on approach to performance. The role’s geographic remit and management structure will be defined during setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in, or meaningful exposure to, iGaming or sports betting is essential.
• Operational leadership experience at regional, territory or country level or comparable responsibility for teams/sites/market operations.
• Hands-on approach to solving problems and improving operating performance.
• Ability to lead teams, establish clear expectations and hold people accountable for delivery.
• Sound commercial judgement and confidence working with operational performance information.
• Clear communication and ability to work with senior leadership and colleagues across functions.
