Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in product, technical coordination, business analysis, or TSM-adjacent role.
• Developing skills in requirements definition and functional specification writing.
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operator and stakeholder feedback.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work across functional boundaries.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
• Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership over own workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product scope, features and performance standards for operator-facing integration systems and tools, escalating decisions that sit above this role's authority to senior Integration stakeholders.
• Prepare product specifications, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and success metrics that give the development lead clear direction to build against, and hold the bar on outcomes delivered against those specifications.
• Shape operator portal product direction with well-reasoned recommendations, escalating direction-setting decisions that sit above this role's authority to senior product or pillar leadership.
