Job summary

Spitz in Bryanston, Johannesburg seeks a Planning Executive to evolve the planning function into an insight-led, technology-enabled capability. You will analyze trading data, identify patterns and translate insights into actionable commercial decisions across the business.

Responsibilities span commercial planning, data interpretation, forecasting and leadership of the Planning Team, reporting to the Chief Creative Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Science, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking with data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial planning across categories and channels.
• Translate strategy into integrated financial and merchandise planning frameworks.
• Analyze trading performance, customer behavior and product trends.
• Provide commercially grounded recommendations and drive inventory productivity.
