Clicks Group is seeking a Planning Analyst within the Category Planning team to translate business financial plans into category sales, margins and inventory budgets, and to support category teams in delivering customer and product vision.

You will develop annual merchandise financial plans, collaborate on pre-season targets, monitor forecasts and OTB, and analyze performance trends to adapt plans and maximize sales and profitability across stores.

Formación

• Experience in retail merchandise planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of customer needs, trends, and market share.
• Knowledge of financial planning models and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Category Buyer to build a strategic category plan.
• Develop annual merchandise financial plans by department for sales, stocks, margins, GP and markdowns.
• Partner with stakeholders on pre-season sales, markdown, margin, and inventory targets.
• Develop and monitor projections, inventory flow, and seasonal sell-off plans; validate monthly OT B forecasts.
