Job summary

You will collaborate with category buyers to build annual merchandise plans, monitor forecast accuracy and inventory targets, and adapt plans to maximize sales, margin and stock turns across stores.

Qualifications

• Strong background in retail planning, forecasting and inventory management.
• Experience with financial planning models and reporting.
• Understanding of customer needs, trends and market share.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic category plans with buyers and stakeholders.
• Create annual merchandise financial plans by department for sales, stocks and margins.
• Monitor forecasts and inventory targets to maximize turnover and profitability.
• Support S&OP processes and adapt plans based on performance.
