Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a People Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across assigned business areas, covering talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and development. You will partner with leaders to implement change, manage labour relations and deliver workforce analytics to drive business performance and employee experience.

Qualifications

• B Tech or Degree in Social Sciences/HR Management/Business Management
• 5 years year experience in an HR role servicing a business area
• Knowledge and experience with Labour Legislation. CCMA exposure. BBBEE knowledge
• Experience with shop stewards
• Proven recruitment experience
• Compensation and benefits knowledge
• Coaching, change theory and leadership basics
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning for the assigned area.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment and align with headcount plans.
• Manage HR administration, payroll docs, appointments and terminations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary hearings, and investigations.
• Coordinate learning interventions and development activities.
• Analyse trends in EE, turnover, grievances and union membership.
• Prepare for audits and support change management initiatives.
• Provide workforce insights to management and executives.
