Advtech is seeking a People & Culture Consultant to provide HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and staff to drive an exceptional employee experience. You will implement people practices aligned with objectives, culture, compliance, and company policies.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance and development initiatives, and HR reporting to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• 3–5 years' HR Generalist or HR Consulting experience.
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating WSPs and ATRs; knowledge of SETA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration.
• Advise on employee relations issues and disciplinary processes.
• Support performance, talent, succession, and development initiatives.
• Partner with managers to address organisational people challenges.
