Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact across human capital engagements and build advisory relationships at senior levels.
• Lead client workshops, steering committee presentations and executive briefings; translate analysis into narratives.
• Design target operating models and organisation structures; produce governance frameworks and roadmaps.
• Shape HR transformation journeys and align HR operating models with technology and data.
