Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote-first AI-enabled digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and client narratives during calls with stakeholders.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, lead budgeting and testing, and ensure accurate conversion-tracking with GA4 and tag manager. Strong English with US clients is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
