Transnet SOC Ltd in Johannesburg seeks an experienced Organisation Design and OD professional to lead design, evaluation, and governance initiatives aligned to strategy. You will develop and implement job architecture, operating models, and workforce planning while partnering with executives, line management, HR, and governance bodies.

You will drive change management, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance OD methodologies, and deliver analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field as stated.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Organisation Design, Organisational Development, HR, Workforce Planning or related discipline.
• Experience in organisational restructuring and operating model design.
• Experience in developing organisational structures and job profiles.
• Experience facilitating job evaluation processes.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and governance committees.
• Trust and honesty in handling finances per the National Credit Act Amendment 19.

• Facilitate organisational design, restructuring and optimisation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Support development and implementation of target operating models and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Develop and review job profiles, conduct job analysis and facilitate job evaluation processes.
• Ensure organisational structures and design interventions comply with approved policies and governance frameworks.
• Provide specialist OD advice and partner with executives, line management, HR and other stakeholders.
• Support implementation of approved organisational changes and identify change impacts and risks.
• Analyse workforce requirements and trends to identify future needs and support strategic planning.
• Analyse organisational data and provide reports, insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Enhance OD methodologies, tools and standards; participate in continuous learning.
